Bombo Quarry. Bombo Headland Quarry Geological Site is a heritage-listed former quarry and now geological site at Princes Highway, Bombo, Municipality of Kiama, New South Wales, Australia. It is also known as Bombo Quarry. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999. [1]

This route takes you along the wonderful and quiet Bombo Beach in Kiama, NSW and then back through a coastal path running adjacent to the beach. Throw your shoes into your bag as the first half of this track will be on sand. Predominantly a surfing beach, there are some strong rips so be mindful if you are swimming here. There is a dog section in the centre of this beach where dogs are allowed.

I turned left instead of going under the bridge. And, I ended up at Robert East Reserve. The view from the stone fence looked out over Storm Bay.
